Cora

Cora is absolutely everything I could have asked for in my first bred-by golden retriever. She was the standout of the 8 puppies in her litter from their very first days on this planet. She is stunningly beautiful, intelligent, and so birdy! Oh, and with my blonde bombshell, Ball is Life!

Cora and I have a bond that is difficult to explain. Her unconditional dedication and unwavering attention to me still catches me by surprise. Fortunately, it means every time we try to do something, she makes it easy!

Cora finished her AKC championship in short order, in about 4 weekends. Following in her mother's footsteps, Cora went Best Puppy in Show her first day in the ring at 4 months old! I was overjoyed and so excited about her future. 

Cora has also loved birds since she was a puppy, so she trained with Anney and Jeff at Rushe Retriever Camp until she obtained her Junior Hunter title. Fun fact: Anney owned Cora's grandsire Brix, great grandsire Bally, and great great grandsire the amazing Fisher! You can see them all in the k9data pedigree link below.
